In the course of a combined employee-search, we refer to those appropriate and available candidates in the marketplace. This search is based upon a job-description advert which is placed online and/or in print media, and is supplemented by approaching appropriate candidates directly.

candidates are singled out from a list of target companies, contacted directly and brought into the selection process.
This search-method is particularly most appropriate for positions which require highly specified and qualified employees.
