Direct search with additional media support

In the course of a combined employee-search,  we refer to those appropriate and available candidates in the marketplace. This search is based upon a job-description advert which is placed online and/or in print media, and is supplemented by approaching appropriate candidates directly.

The selection and recommendation of the media is based on our experience and is realised in agreement with the client.
Concerning direct search, candidates are singled out from a list of target companies, contacted directly and brought into the selection process.

This search-method is particularly most appropriate for positions which require highly specified and qualified employees.
