Our customer is part of a globally active Games Group and develops and manages as one of the largest providers in Europe the entire gambling sector.
For the European Headquarters in Vienna, we are now looking for a DevOps Specialist (m/f/d) for Lottery Systems to strengthen the development team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Architecting Kubernetes / OpenShift development, test and production clusters
• Setup, configure, maintain and operate the architected Kubernetes / OpenShift environments
• Act as Application Kubernetes / OpenShift Platform/Cluster Architect and Administrator
• Architecting, building and maintaining base images
• Provide infrastructure recommendations and implementation plans
• Interface to application development team
• Know How Transfer to our development and ops teams

Competence & Experience:

• Technical education / background (HTL, FH, TU)
• Advanced knowledge of LINUX and LINUX infrastructures
• Advanced knowledge in the field of virtualization (vSphere, KVM, Hyper-V)
• Advanced knowledge of OpenShift and/or Kubernetes incl. Docker in a JAVA environment
• Knowledge of all relevant security aspects
• Experience in working with container technologies
• First-hand and personal experience how to architect, setup, configure, maintain, and operate Kubernetes / OpenShift environments

Personal requirements:

• Good English skills are a must, German skills are an advantage
• Open mindset, communication skills and customer oriented
• Teamwork, readiness and reliability
• Case-by-case travel readiness
